CASCADE CONTROL
Auto sequences pumps ON/OFF based on real time demand
Smart, reliable and efficient - Digital Timers are designed to automate electrical operations with precision. Whether it's recirculation pumps, heater elements or industrial equipments, these timers ensure optimal performance, energy savings and hassle free control.
Auto sequences pumps ON/OFF based on real time demand
Only required pumps run, reducing power consumption
Alternates lead pump duty, distributing water evenly
Standby pump kicks in instantly if a working pump fails
Prevents motor damage from low water or electrical faults
Balanced runtime and smart protection lower service frequency
Clearly labelled connections for quick wiring and commissioning
Connectivity - Optional GSM, BMS and sensor integration for smart building ecosystems
RS 485 interface for seamless integration with centralised Building Management Systems.
Supports 4–20 mA pressure transmitter input for precise, proportional pump control based on real time system pressure.
Dedicated input for conductive probe sensors (seal leak detectors) that detect liquid leakage into the motor housing or seal chamber, automatically triggering pump shutdown to prevent motor damage — critical for dewatering pumpsets.
Detects excessive motor winding heat via the built in RTD / PTC sensor and auto shuts the pump to prevent burnout, essential for dewatering applications.
Synchronises chemical dosing proportional to actual water flow for STP, ETP & pool applications.
Audible alarm output for critical faults like pump failure, dryrun, overload or tank overflow, drawing immediate on site attention.
Remote monitoring and SMS alerts for pump status, faults, dryrun events and tank levels — no internet required.
Wirelessly communicates with the Master Controller via SMS, automatically turning the pumpset ON and OFF based on the water level in the tank. Ideal for remote tanks where wiring to the Master Controller is not feasible.
