Warranty:
Warranty on Khyatee Digital / Analog Pump Control Panels is 12 months from the date of manufacturing.
The warranty on Autoswitch series is 6 months from the date of manufacturing.
Warranty is not applicable on Float Switches, Level Sensors, Coin Mechanisms, Flow Sensors, Temperature Sensors & Solenoid Valves.
Warranty is not applicable under the following conditions:
- NO WARRANTY ON BURNED / WATER-BOUND PRODUCTS & PARTS.
- This warranty does not extend to any damage caused due to ignorance, negligence, mishandling, voltage fluctuations beyond the specified range, electrical faults, unauthorized alteration, or repair.
- This warranty does not cover consequential damage or defects of any nature resulting from improper selection or improper use of the control panel.
- The warranty does not hold good for burning of electrical components, electrical wires, capacitors, and failures caused due to supplying lower or higher voltage than the stipulated norm.
- The warranty does not hold good for improper selection of cables, accessories, etc.
- The liability of Khyatee under this warranty does not extend to any incidental or consequential damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or during fire, accidents, installation, willful damage, transit damage, normal wear and tear, or any other force majeure conditions.
- In the event that the control panel is affected by any natural calamity, this warranty shall become null and void.
- Replacement units/panels sent by Khyatee in case of emergency will be issued on a Tax Invoice. A Credit Note will be raised once the product/part is returned to the company.
- We reserve the right at all times to take necessary actions to protect our systems and information, including denial of services.
Post Warranty:
- Product repair is available on a chargeable basis at the Pune service station. Transportation charges are to the customer's account.
- Service material not collected within 30 days will be disposed of. No replacements will be issued thereafter.
- Service charges must be paid separately to the Service Department and will not be adjusted against the regular accounts ledger. Khyatee does not offer any credit facility for service charges.
- GST on service charges @ 18% is additional.
- Khyatee offers service support for a period of 5 years from the date of manufacturing, considering technology upgrades. (*Terms & Conditions Apply)
Court of Jurisdiction:
Any disputes arising from the contract shall be subject to the Pune Jurisdiction (India).
For a Better Life of the Controller:
- Use copper wires for all connections to the control panel.
- Use an MCB/Fuse on the input side before supplying power to the control panel.
- Kindly verify the HP and current rating of the control panel before selecting the product.
- For Mobile Starters, use a SIM card from a service provider with proper network coverage in the area along with an active SMS pack and regular recharge.
- Handle SIM cards carefully while removing and reinserting them into Mobile Starters.
